Paul Grillyにより、隠ヨガのアライメント指導の指針となる、一人一人の人体の違い、解剖学の理解の重要性を学び、チャクラの知識は、

Paul Grilleyの他、Anodea Judithによる50hrトレーニング、Kristine Kaoverii Weberによる4日間のトレーニングにて修得。

現在Sanskrit StudiesのManoramaによる素晴らしい師事のもとサンスクリット語を勉強中。Yoga for AllのPaul JJ AlixとManorama監修のもとサンスクリット語にてPatanjaliのヨガスートラの暗記、チャンティング、書写を手がけています。

2013年、カナダ・オンタリオのIHYTにて300HRのヨガ治療学Therapeutics ティーチャートレーニングを受ける。そこにて、不安障害やうつ、ガンや、ホスピスケア、慢性的な痛みや悲しみに置いてヨガの利用方法と効果と共に、アーユルベーダやstructural alignmentについて学ぶ。

彼女のメディテーションの師Michael Carrollを通して出会ったチベット仏教やChogyam Trungpaの教えに強く影響され、1999年から欠かさず続けているメディテーションにより強化されています。
