The Heart of Chanting
声というのは何千年にもわたり、心を表すツール(道具)となってきました。
ヨガのチャンティングは自身の祈り、方向性、意図することそして、私たち個々と全ての人のなかに全てを与える無限の源を生み出します。
このクラスでは始めに呼吸を観察することから入り、呼び出し、応答し、いくつかの古代のチャントを発生して、身体と心の複合体での経験上の波動が持つエコー効果をさらに観察します。
古代のチャントや聖歌を学ぶことによって、OM,Asatoma Sadgamaya,Loakah SamastaVacatu,Purnam Adaha purnam Idamなどにアクセス可能になることでしょう。

プラナヤマーマについてアーサナを通してどのように学ぶかを深く学ぶクラス。
古代人はアーサナを通して身体は強靭と繊細さを兼ね備えることを知っていました。その後、プラナヤーマの練習によりさらに練習を深く掘り下げて行うことができました。
このワークショップでは、呼吸の基本的な仕組みを学び、パタンジャリのヨーガ・スートラに応じて身体の準備をどうするかを行なっていきます。まずはご自身の呼吸の観察を行い、プラナヤーマを行う時の姿勢である背骨のあり方、座法を学びます。
そしてVritti ,Ujjayi,Viloma1 と2,Nasishodhanaをも学び、さらには、プラナヤーマを通してPrana,Nadis,Chakra,Mudraをも取り入れ深く学んでいきます。
