pregnancy and hormone

Hormones are involved in getting pregnant.
The female hormone  is secreted in the ovaries by signals from the brain.

 

the hypothalamus that issues commands to the ovaries.

The female hormone are

Estrogen

Hormones that establish pregnancy.

Progesterone

A hormone that works to maintain pregnancy.

 

 

I think first ,we just remember those tow meaning is enough 🙂

 

Unfortunately,
 hormones cannot be controlled.

That’s why we need to take care and learn about it.

 

The secretion of female hormones fluctuates throughout life.
As puberty approaches, estrogen secretion begins to increase, reaching a menarche.

In their twenties and thirties, the female hormones are most mature.

During menopause before and after menopause, female hormones decrease sharply,  upsets may occur.
And after the menopause, to the old age where care is even more important.

It is easy to become osteoporotic, or to lose weight and become fat easily.

Until then, the function of the body, which was well maintained by female hormones, will be affected.

 

Hormones can make women cheerful and beautiful, but can also cause upsets.

The female hormone ↑ (estrogen and progesterone) is a series of hypothalamus-anterior pituitary-ovaries When higher hormones in the hypothalamus and anterior pituitary of the brain increase, lower hormones in the ovaries increase, and the increased lower hormones act to reduce upper hormones. This is the regulation of the constant movement of the hormone.

 

If the upper and lower levels affect the hypothalamus, they will also be affected.

The hypothalamus is the center of the autonomic nervous system.
Stress can also affect your menstrual cycle.

If you want to get pregnant, you need to create a stress-free life as much as possible.

One of the best things about yoga pregnancy is to prepare your body, mind and breath,

You can control the stress yourself.

I've seen many women   become a pregnant .

 

 

Also, I myself had been sick of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) for many years, but change  food and yoga helped me and changed me a lot. It’s gone.

 

Well, back to estrogen,

It is generally said that osteoporosis increases with a decrease in estrogen, but in fact yogi have almost no osteoporosis.

That's because you're strengthening your own bones while applying moderate pressure to the bones.

Excess estrogen also increases the risk of endometriosis and sex hormone-related cancers (breast, ovarian, and uterine cancers).

The main cause is

Stress, extreme meat and dairy consumption, environmental hormones, pills and other hormonal agents

 

When you do yoga, you naturally take what you really need and take action.

I now have both meat and fish, but I feel from now on that the future is naturally vegetarian. And the worst stress on the body can be reduced or eliminated by doing yoga.

 

There are many cases where women become unstable due to female hormones during before pregnant, during pregnancy and after childbirth. And this is out of control.

So you need to take care of yourself.
